

OUR STORY

Our journey began in 1988 in the charming town of Callao, Virginia, when my father, a proud native of Sicily, Italy, opened our family-owned restaurant. With his deep-rooted passion for authentic Italian cuisine, he built a reputation for exceptional food made with heart and the finest ingredients, becoming a cherished part of our community.

In 2021, we brought that tradition to Florida, launching our pizza food truck in St. Pete. With a focus on 10” personal pizzas, we pride ourselves on using recipes perfected over generations. Every element of our pizzas—from the handmade dough crafted with premium 00 wheat flour to our fresh, from-scratch ingredients—is made with the same love and care that started it all in Virginia.
